All sales are currently non-refundable. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us with in 14 days after receiving your item. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase from theUpperBAR.com
  • All original packaging is required
  • Item(s) MUST show no signs of wear
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of order being received
  • Photo/Video documentation is required on defective claims
  • Detailed explanation required for faulty claims

 Store Credit Details:

​Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the incorrect or defective item(s) , we will cover the return cost.

Once we have received and inspect your return, your store credit details will be emailed to you with in 3-7 business days

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
